Organizations

An organization is the top-level tenant boundary. Members belong to exactly one org role at a time (owner, manager, or member). Projects, teams, invitations, and org settings are scoped to an organization.

• tRPC procedures call requireActiveOrganization and evaluate actions with org context.
• MCP tools accept organizationId or organizationSlug on each call because bearer tokens do not carry the active-org cookie (organizationRefSchema in @loftlancer/api/mcp).
