Timeline and audit
audit_event, timeline routes, and MCP audit tools.
When ACTIONS_AUDIT_ENABLED is true (with NEXT_PUBLIC_ACTIONS_AUDIT_ENABLED for the client), successful and denied operations can be stored in audit_event and shown in timeline UIs.

MCP
MCP exposes audit_timeline_view_org, audit_timeline_view_project, and audit_timeline_view_user (see tool index). audit.timeline.view.self is user-scoped and is not registered as an MCP tool — use the studio API for your own timeline.
Legacy audit_log remains for older paths; new work prefers audit_event per docs/ACTIONS_PERMISSIONS_AUDIT.md.
